From the moment we install a system for you until the day it is upgraded or removed, we offer a highly professional response to technical queries or problems you may be experiencing. All our staff are highly trained and we believe in promoting a commensurate level of customer training and support – a philosophy that benefits us both.
Digicom offer a comprehensive support structure that covers all AV components from all of the AV manufacturers, with response times which will optimise system performance, improve staff efficiency and maximise the value of your Audio Visual investment. Service calls on equipment and software that are not on contract are promptly responded to at an agreed hourly rate during normal office hours.
