The five steps of PCaaS

1. A choice of devices

   Tell us about your people; we’ll tell you which services and devices could be the best choice. From task workers and knowledge workers to executives and designers, you pay for what you need on a per-user, per-month basis. Whoever they are, they’ll be able to do their best work on a Windows 10 desktop – either on premise or in the cloud, using our virtual Desktop-as-a-Service (vDaaS).

2. Primed for the job

   Once you and your people have chosen what you need, one of our dedicated service delivery managers gets to work at our technical integration centre. Servicing starts by building each device to your custom specifications. Then we test, tag and apply the BIOS settings. When you’re ready, we’ll send them to the site of your choice.

3. Ready to roll

   Our services go further than delivery. When your devices arrive, our engineers will do all the hard work, so you don’t have to lift a finger. They’ll install your new devices at your users’ desks. Check security processes. Connect to the network and printers. Sort out OS support and log any issues with your IT department. And – if you choose – they can even take your old tech away and recycle it.

4. At your side

   Once you’re all set up, you’ll get the services and tools to manage and track your assets for their whole lifecycle. If you have any issues, need to use your warranty or add more devices, our UK support team will be available at the drop of a hat.

5. In with the new

   Time for a refresh? With PCaaS, you can choose new devices every three years. So, your employees will always have the right tech to do their jobs. And your old IT? It’ll head back to us to be wiped securely and recycled sustainably. Start to finish, our services have got you covered.
