PC as a service: choose the services you want, but only pay for what you need

Pre-deployment. Rollout. Support. Recycling. And everything that comes in between. Whatever services you choose, choose choice with Digicom PC-as-a-Service (PCaaS). PCaaS gives you a wide range of services to choose from. Make sure your employees get the tech support they need while you make the most of your finances. And your IT team can outsource what they want to and focus on what they need to – rather than managing company-wide IT deployments.

So, what are you waiting for? Get in touch and we can help you build your own package from the range of services we offer. With personalised orders. Managed rollouts. Ongoing support. And a lot of choice for just one monthly payment. From 50 to 5,000 seats, Digicom PCaaS gives you the choice to choose what really works for you.

The benefits of PC as a Service

  • Give your people access to cloud desktops and meet the needs of mobile workers and flexible workspaces. We can cater for your users who need to share devices or access their desktops on the go from multiple devices. Whatever space they’re in, and however they choose to work, your modern workers will stay connected.
  • Per month, per user
Get smart with your budgets. Shift from CAPEX to OPEX with a single all-in monthly payment. This includes devices, support and, of course, your choice of services.
  • Zero-touch deployment
Your IT team won’t have to do a thing until all your users are up and running. From our factory to your desks, we take care of it all. So, you can choose to spend your time on fewer manual tasks and more strategic thinking.
  • Freedom-as-a-Service
Keep your people productive with PCaaS – always up-to-date tech that fits their needs. If you want, you can add managed rollouts and ongoing support to keep productivity up and downtime down. So, your people can focus on more valuable work.
  • Always up to speed
Attract and keep talent with services that enable a more sustainable business. With new devices every three years and a recycling service for your old tech, you can appeal to candidates and employees alike, and be more responsible than ever.

The five steps of PCaaS

  1. A choice of devices

Tell us about your people; we’ll tell you which services and devices could be the best choice. From task workers and knowledge workers to executives and designers, you pay for what you need on a per-user, per-month basis. Whoever they are, they’ll be able to do their best work on a Windows 10 desktop – either on premise or in the cloud, using our virtual Desktop-as-a-Service (vDaaS).

  2. Primed for the job

Once you and your people have chosen what you need, one of our dedicated service delivery managers gets to work at our technical integration centre. Servicing starts by building each device to your custom specifications. Then we test, tag and apply the BIOS settings. When you’re ready, we’ll send them to the site of your choice.

  3. Ready to roll

Our services go further than delivery. When your devices arrive, our engineers will do all the hard work, so you don’t have to lift a finger. They’ll install your new devices at your users’ desks. Check security processes. Connect to the network and printers. Sort out OS support and log any issues with your IT department. And – if you choose – they can even take your old tech away and recycle it.

  4. At your side

Once you’re all set up, you’ll get the services and tools to manage and track your assets for their whole lifecycle. If you have any issues, need to use your warranty or add more devices, our UK support team will be available at the drop of a hat.

  5. In with the new

Time for a refresh? With PCaaS, you can choose new devices every three years. So, your employees will always have the right tech to do their jobs. And your old IT? It’ll head back to us to be wiped securely and recycled sustainably. Start to finish, our services have got you covered.
