ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard that specifies the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS) in a company. QMS impacts a company at every level, from daily administrative operations, to product development, marketing and sales, and through post-market customer service.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organisation:
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Digicom’s recent achievement of ISO 9001:2015 certification, the latest updated version of ISO 9001, demonstrates a clear and ongoing commitment to maintain the highest QMS level throughout the company.
The new certification, with its greater emphasis on customer satisfaction, allows Digicom to build on its tradition of combining a customer-friendly approach to the integration of digital communication solutions with a strong customer support focus. The upgraded :2015 regulations give Digicom additional tools to solidify the customer relationship and support in even more ways.
