Business Development Manager

Job Description:

Digicom is based in Dublin, Ireland. Digicom is an Audio-Visual Unified Communications Systems Integrator in the Business-to-Business marketplace. We have been in business for over 25 years and are looking to make a senior appointment to our sales team. As a result, we have the following position available. 

Reporting to:  Commercial Director

Outline of responsibilities:

  • Generating B2B Solution Sales opportunities.
  • Hunger to earn, learn and grow into a leadership position.
  • Appointment setting from a qualified prospect database.
  • Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Budgets.
  • Maintaining effective & courteous communication with all departments.
  • Preparation of activity stats and sales information for weekly sales meetings.
  • Maintaining Sales Systems & Procedures.
  • Maintaining Excellent Customer Relationships
  • Strategically build the customer base
  • Drive growth of install to service support business.
  • Potential to expand into a wider managerial role
