AVaaS: Audio Visual and Meeting Room as a Service

Choose one of the 4 meeting room solutions:

Meeting room for up to 6 people with wired and wireless presentation.
Room consists of a wall mounted Large Format Display for presentations. Program Audio will be via the inbuilt speakers of the display and control will be the manufacturer’s remote control. Users present in the room display via HDMI cable at the meeting room table or wirelessly from the Barco Clickshare device.

Meeting room for 6-12 people with wired, wireless presentation and wall control unit.
Room consists of a wall mounted 49” Large Format Display for presentations (other sizes available). Program Audio will be via the inbuilt speakers of the display and control will be an Extron Media Control Device.
Users will come to the room and turn on the display from the MLC select their source plug in their laptop and present. Volume adjustment of the display will be from the MLC and remote controls can be removed from the room.
Users present to the room display via HDMI cable at the meeting room table or wirelessly from the Barco Clickshare device.

Meeting room for up to 6 people with soft codec video conferencing, wired, wireless presentation and wall control unit.
Room consists of a wall mounted Large Format Display for presentations (other sizes available). Program Audio will be via the inbuilt speakers of the display and control will be via an Extron Media Control Device.
Users will come to the room and turn on the display from the MLC select their source plug in and present. Volume adjustment of the display will be form the MLC and remote controls can be removed from the room.
Users present to the room display via HDMI cable at the meeting room table or wirelessly from the Barco Clickshare device.
Video calls will be made from the Webcam mounted above the display and focused on the table. Users will plug the USB cable at the table to their laptop to connect the external integrated camera and microphone. They then initiate the video call via their chosen platform (S4B/Zoom etc.) and communicate with remote participants.

Fully featured meeting room for up to 8 people.
Room consists of a wall mounted Large Format Display for presentations (other sizes available). Program Audio will be via the inbuilt speakers of the display.
Crestron Mercury will act as the hub for Presentations, Audio Conference Calling and Video Conference Calling via Soft codec. Mercury connects to the display over HDMI and control of the display via CEC. There will be a USB camera mounted above the meeting room display and connected to the main unit at the table. Mercury contains the microphones and speaker for conference calling.
Presentations will be via the HDMI cable at the table or the Crestron Airmedia wireless gateway.
Audio conference calls from the Dial pad (Open SIP/Voip network support for 3rd party endpoints) Bluetooth to handheld devices or USB to soft phone application on laptop.
Video calls will be via a Webcam mounted above the display and focused on the room. Users will plug the USB cable at the table to their laptop to connect the external camera and microphone. They then initiate the video call via their chosen platform (S4B/Zoom etc.) and communicate with remote participants.
