Initially we examine the client's audio and video use requirements. We work closely with architects and designers at this stage to ensure a seamless integration of all the necessary technology. Through meeting with the client, system information is obtained along with pricing parameters and technical considerations that may affect the client's final choices.

Design:

Taking the clients requirements on board and working in conjunction with the project management team, Digicom put together a preliminary design developed around the project's architectural elements and the audio and video system decisions reached during the fact find process

Proposal:

A preliminary list of recommended equipment is compiled along with labour and materials costs for the project providing the client with a transparent and comparable job proposal.

Negotiation:

Upon discussion with the client necessary changes are made which take into account such factors as final interior and architectural design and budgetary considerations.

Agreement:

Upon completion of negotiated modifications, the final drawings, proposal and bill-of-materials are prepared. A project manager is assigned who coordinates all aspects of the installation and is responsible for communication to the client and other contractors.

Implementation:

Fully trained audio and video technicians execute the staging and installation of components and racks on-site. Disruption to the client site is kept to a minimum.

Support:

Training and manuals are provided at the end of the project to ensure that the client has the knowledge and skills to effectively operate the system and all of its components.
