The CER needed to put in place a user-friendly system that is fast, reliable and produces high quality output, but at the same time has sophisticated PC functions such as on-line stapling, collation, and print and hold, which are needed to meet the required standards of a modern efficient office.

CER invested in 2 High Speed Ricoh Digital 60 Page per minute devices with a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure maximum return on investment. Furthermore a future focus by CER on the management of all documents, both their internal and external flow, and the conversion of same into electronic format(s) is facilitated by the incorporated ‘scan to folder’ and ‘scan to email’ (LDAP compliant) functionality inherent in the Ricoh installed Systems.
